Return & Refund Policy

At JCK Industries, we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our products are made to order, personalized, or custom-made, return eligibility may vary depending on the item.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging when possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, and made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Please carefully review all personalization details, names, spelling, sizing, and other selections before submitting your order.

Digital Products

Digital downloads and digital files are non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is the result of an error on our part, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by JCK Industries.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered production, been personalized, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
